BETTENDORF, Iowa (KCRG) – Developers behind the proposed Cedar Rapids casino will make their case to the state commission that will determine its fate. The Linn County Gaming Association and Peninsula Pacific Entertainment will make its case to the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Thursday on why it should be granted a license to open and operate a casino in Cedar Rapids.
