URBANA, Iowa – Conservation leaders in eastern Iowa celebrated the completion of a mile-stone project to pave the Cedar Valley Nature Trail. Black Hawk County was joined by Linn County Friday afternoon to hold a ribbon cutting in Urbana. The project called for the final stretch of the 52-mile trail to be paved over.
