Chicken Salad Chick, the fast-casual chain specializing in chicken salad, is opening its first Iowa location in Coralville on October 16. The new restaurant, located at 2510 Corridor Way near I-80 exit 240, marks the brand’s expansion into its 20th state.
To celebrate, the first 100 guests in line on opening day will win free chicken salad for a year. Throughout the grand opening week, customers can enjoy various giveaways, including free thermal totes, canvas bags, and 40oz tumblers.
The Coralville location is owned by Pat and Melissa Ingle, local franchisees who also operate Nothing Bundt Cakes in the area. Their daughters, Lana and Ella, will lend a hand as unofficial taste testers for the family-run venture.
