CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – In Iowa, it can be difficult to find qualified staff for nursing homes. And when you do find them, State Auditor Rob Sand says there’s a large likelihood they won’t stay for long. This is just one of the reasons he says Iowa’s care centers are struggling to meet the new federal mandate.
