The Corridor Business Journal reports that the first Iowa location of Chicken Salad Chick will open in Coralville. The restaurant is described as fast-casual and specializes in chicken salad dishes. The Coralville location will be at 2510 Corridor Way #6b near Men’s Warehouse and north of Coral Ridge Mall. According to its Google profile, the new restaurant will open on Wednesday, October 16th.
