CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – A young man is recovering Monday after a shots fired call in Cedar Rapids on Jan. 3. Cedar Rapids police say they are investigating a call from the 4100 block of Center Point Road NE. Just after 4 p.m. an underage male reported being struck by gunfire.
