Back in January, we told you about a cool new lounge coming to Iowa City called Kitty Corner Social Club. We’re happy to report that it has finally opened its doors!
Located at 20 South Clinton Street in Iowa City, Kitty Corner Social Club officially began welcoming customers on February 20th. It is the first cat lounge to arrive here in the Corridor, and if you’re not familiar with the concept, here’s what Kitty Corner’s website says:
“A cat lounge is a cozy, welcoming space where humans can relax, hang out, and spend quality time with adoptable cats in a stress-free environment. Our lounge provides the purr-fect opportunity for visitors to unwind, de-stress, and connect with some furry friends — all while supporting animal rescue and adoption in support of the Iowa City Animal Care And Adoption Center.”…
