Nearly 2 weeks after an Iowa man was the last person seen with a missing University of Pittsburgh student, the man is going to court to challenge the way authorities have been treating him.
Twenty-year-old Sudiksha Konanki was on spring break in the Dominican Republic when she was last seen in the early hours of March 6. Joshua Riibe, 22, was named a person of interest as he was last spotted with her on surveillance video.
While Riibe is not considered a suspect and has not been charged with any crime, the Minnesota-Star Tribune reports his passport was confiscated and he has been under police supervision…
