A man was arrested in Iowa County after being found in a parked locomotive early Tuesday. Authorities arrested 35-year-old Justen Linker of Clinton and he’s been charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, and interference with official acts.
According to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Office, at 4:20 a.m. Iowa County deputies and the Williamsburg Police Department responded to a call near Homestead at the Iowa Interstate Railroad Management Facility.
