IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A Wayland man pleaded guilty to two charges after assaulting an individual at the Ped Mall last year.
22-year-old Ryan Maschmann and 21-year-old Landan Provino were arrested in December 2024 after attacking a person in downtown Iowa City.
