MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – A Marion woman pleaded guilty Thursday after misspending funds from a special needs trust.
In September 2019, 39-year-old Megan Middaugh admitted that she petitioned a state court for the authority to settle a personal injury lawsuit on behalf of the victim.
