Johnson County Sheriff’s Reserve Deputy dies after battle with cancer

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office said it is grieving the loss of one of its Reserve Deputies.

In a social media post Monday, the sheriff’s office said Kendall Giese died on March 26 after a battle with cancer. He was 36-years-old.
