CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man pleaded guilty to multiple charges following his involvement in a shooting near Kirkwood College in August 2024.
The shooting took place during a drug deal involving 24-year-old Seth McGraw and one of his clients.
