Proposal for 92-unit apartment complex in SW Cedar Rapids has senior neighbors worried

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Residents at a senior living community are speaking up after hearing about a new proposal to build a 92-unit apartment complex in southwest Cedar Rapids.

Retirees filled the council chambers in City Hall last Thursday as the City Planning Commission held its meeting.
