CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A conditional use request for a proposed alcohol and tobacco shop at the old Papa Johns at 3258 North Center Point Road NE was withdrawn from the Cedar Rapids Board of Adjustment’s agenda Thursday.
The prospective property buyer held a meeting a few weeks ago to connect with the neighborhood.
