CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The City of Cedar Rapids Solid Waste and Recycling Division is set to debut four garbage and recycling trucks wrapped in student artwork next month.
Late last year, the City of Cedar Rapids sent requests to local schools, asking for student artwork focusing on sustainable neighborhoods.
