CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Eastern Iowa Arts Academy is one step closer to turning the old Arthur Elementary School into a new Arts and cultural hub, thanks to a $300,000 matching grant from the Hall-Perrine Foundation.
The money will help fund key renovations to make the building fully ADA-accessible, including classrooms, music rooms, gathering spaces, and an elevator.
