IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – An Iowa City teenager has been arrested for driving over 120 miles per hour during a police chase Sunday.
On May 25, a deputy running a stationary radar near Taft Avenue SE and Highway 6 witnessed a Tesla driving at a high speed on the shoulder of the road.
