NORTH LBERTY, Iowa — Commuters traveling from North Liberty to Cedar Rapids should prepare for significant changes as a key route is set to close for construction.
The Penn Street exit heading north on Interstate 380 will shut down for up to three months starting next Tuesday, according to the Iowa Department of Transportation.
