More dogs rescued from unlicensed Cedar Co. breeder

CEDAR COUNTY, Iowa — Thirty-two dogs were removed from an unlicensed Cedar County breeder last week, less than two years after 30 other dogs were removed from the same location.

The Animal Rescue of League of Iowa (ARL) says some of the 32 dogs removed on June 6, needed medical treatments, some even needed surgery. Other dogs arrived in need of behavioral care.
