JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Local farmers are working to protect their cattle from Theileriosis – a disease where tiny parasites infect livestock blood.
With a confirmed case in southeast Iowa, Johnson County Farmer Steve Swenka routinely treats his cattle with an insecticide.
