Questions go unanswered regarding staffing issues with CRACC, former manager weighs in

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Fatigue and injuries are likely why there are staffing shortages at Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control. That’s according to one former manager.

Kelly Kelly was with the department for 15 years and served 2 of those years as manager. She calls her experience as a Catch-22, saying she couldn’t get ahead of intake no matter how hard she’d try.
