IOWA CITY, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — An Iowa city man was arrested Saturday after allegedly threatening to kill a family at a local park.
According to a criminal complaint, Charles Annis approached a family at the playground at the Ped Mall in Iowa City around 9:40 p.m.
