What Happened to Edison’s?
Last month, we got word that Edison’s Eatery in Cedar Rapids had suddenly shut its doors after six years in business. According to a post from the restaurant’s now-deleted Facebook page, the reason for the closure was that the owners decided to retire. The good news was that they already knew what business would be taking over the space at the time of the announcement: a new restaurant called Tuscany Grill.
