A mainly dry and muggy day ahead as highs reach the upper 80s and low 90s. dew points climb into the 70s, which will push heat index values into the mid 90s.
The heat and humidity could spark a few isolated storms during the afternoon on Thursday. Any activity is expected to taper off Thursday night as lows fall into the upper 60s and low 70s.
