CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Work could begin as early as the end of this year as plans are being finalized to add a pond wetland hybrid to Morgan Creek Park.
The Linn County Conservation Office has been working on the project for the better part of a decade. The water will be covering 7.7 acres in Morgan Creek Park with hopes to improve the local ecosystem.
