CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — A woman took police officers on a high-speed chase Thursday night clocking speeds of 100 miles per hour.
Shatae Martinez-Vargas is charged with theft and eluding police when she allegedly stole a truck at Ellis Road and Edgewood Road NW in Cedar Rapids.
