CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Day two of testimony is underway for the trial of a man accused of organizing the murder of Chris Bagley in 2018.
If found guilty of First Degree Murder, Andrew Shaw would spend the rest of his life in prison.
The prosecution asked Bagley’s wife, Courtney, to take the stand around 10:00 a.m. Friday. She discussed her marriage with Bagley, and his relationship with Andrew Shaw.
