CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The first degree murder trial of Andrew Shaw continues in Linn County with witness testimonies recalling the night of Chris Bagley’s death in 2018.
Shaw is accused of paying two men – Drew Wagner and Johnny Church formerly known as Drew Blahnik – to kill Bagley.
The body was later found buried in Wagner’s backyard in Cedar Rapids and the two men have since been convicted of the killing…
