CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Drew Wagner continued his testimony in court on Tuesday for day four of Andrew Shaw murder trial. He talked about the events leading up to the death of Chris Bagley, stating that there was no intention to kill Bagley and no agreement between himself, Andrew Shaw, and Johnny Blahnik Church to commit murder.
Wagner said he did believed there was a possibility Bagley might be assaulted or killed that night recounting a conversation with Church before confronting Bagley.
