CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids Police are now investigating a shots fired incident that happened in the Union Apartment complex Thursday afternoon.
Officers arrived on scene a little after 1:30 p.m. where they learned that a young female victim was being taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
