IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – A group of Iowans came together to stop the removal of historical records and artifacts from the Iowa Historical Society’s Iowa City Research Center.
Over 4,000 people have signed a petition to stop the closing of the Iowa Historical Society’s Iowa City Research Center. The group’s primary concern is preserving Iowa’s historical resources and making sure the public has access to them.
