Cedar Rapids man faces life sentence for conspiring to distribute methamphetamine

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – A Cedar Rapids man pled guilty to conspiring to distribute methamphetamine on Wednesday.

63-year-old Cleveland Stephens pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in federal court on Wednesday.
