IOWA CITY, Iowa — An Iowa City man is sentenced to 9 years in federal prison for gun and drug charges.
34 -year-old Janard Fitzgerald Goins was found guilty of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
