HIAWATHA, Iowa (KCRG) – An additional $200,000 is coming to the Choose Iowa Farms to Food Banks Program – an initiative that helps food banks across the state buy products from local farmers.
Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig was in Hiawatha Thursday telling people at Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP) about the additional money going towards this initiative.
