IOWA CITY, Iowa (KCRG) – The University of Iowa is the latest college campus to be targeted in a nationwide trend of swatting attacks.
The University of Iowa says an employee received an email Thursday morning it describes as “concerning”. Out of an abundance of caution, the University of Iowa locked down impacted offices as police investigated.
