CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids drivers will want to plan ahead with a few new traffic changes going into effect this week.
1st Street SW Closure: 1st Street SW between 8th Avenue and 10th Avenue will be closed for crane work starting Sept. 18. The closure is expected to last one day. Drivers should follow the posted detour or find another route.
