Mixed-use building planned at former library site

MARION, Iowa (KCRG) – New housing could soon fill a vacant area in Uptown Marion.

The Marion City Council approved a contractor to build a mixed-use building on the plot of land where the former library once stood. The project has been years in the making since the former library was heavily damaged during the derecho.
