CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Drivers in northeast Cedar Rapids will need to plan ahead starting Wednesday.
A section of 42nd Street NE — from just west of Blue Jay Drive to just east of Pine View Drive — will be closed as the next phase of a road improvement project begins.
