CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — One person has been arrested following a disturbance and shots fired incident at the 1500 Block of K St. SW in Cedar Rapids.
41-year-old Toby Smith and several others were part of a yelling fight Tuesday night around 8:40 p.m. Smith then shot off a firearm in the area.
