CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — The Cedar Rapids Public Library Foundation has closed its $10 million capital campaign with a $3.5 million capstone gift from the Busse Foundation.
In recognition, the city’s new westside library will be named the Cedar Rapids Public Library Busse Branch.
