People work at Lake Macbride State Park for DNR’s Statewide Volunteer Day

SOLON, Iowa (KCRG) – People spent their Saturday morning doing their part to keep Lake Macbride State Park a clean and safe place for others to enjoy.

“It’s a special place to us and we like to come out most years so we can volunteer and give a little back,” volunteer Megan Richardson said.
