Award-winning violinist Pavel Sporcl will captivate audiences with a unique blend of classical and rock music during “Pavel Sporcl Quartet: Rebel with the Blue Violin” on Oct. 3 from 7 to 9:30 p.m. at the National Czech & Slovak Museum in Cedar Rapids.
Czech violinist Pavel Sporcl, known as the country’s most viral classical musician, joined Iowa’s News Now to preview his upcoming show. He will debut as a rock violinist with a newly formed band featuring a Hammond organ, guitar, bass and drums.
