IOWA CITY, Iowa — The sights, sounds, and flavors of Africa filled the Iowa City Ped Mall on Saturday during the African Festival of Arts and Culture.
The all-day celebration — running from noon to 9 p.m. — showcased the diversity of African cultures and the contributions of African immigrants to the community.
