CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — Cedar Rapids’ drinking water has been named the best-tasting in Iowa, marking the city’s fifth time winning the annual competition held by the Iowa Section of the American Water Works Association.
The city’s water was chosen by a panel of local personalities and conference attendees during a double-blind taste test at the association’s annual conference, which Cedar Rapids hosted Oct. 8-10 at the DoubleTree.
