CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa — One person is facing charges after a traffic stop on Highway 100 ended with a low-speed chase to Highway 30.
The Iowa State Patrol says it started with a traffic stop. The passenger in that stop got into the driver’s seat and drove away.
