CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The showers and storms from last night have moved out, and we will stay dry during the day.

Today, the skies will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 70s. Lows tonight will be in the mid to upper 40s.

Showers and storms will redevelop this evening. We could see a few tenths of an inch of rain added to last night’s totals.

Aside from a slight shower chance Monday night, it will stay dry through next weekend.

The storms will cause breezy conditions that will last through Tuesday. Winds each day will increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. Tomorrow will be cooler with highs in the upper 50s and low 60s.

Temperatures will rise on Monday with highs in the upper 60s, then drop significantly on Tuesday with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

Lows on Tuesday night will be in the mid 30s, so we will monitor the risk of frost or freeze…
