VINTON, Iowa — A fundraiser has been launched to support the family of Crystal Offerman, the 37-year-old woman killed Friday in a three-vehicle crash involving a school bus south of Vinton.
A GoFundMe campaign has been created to help cover funeral expenses and provide support for Offerman’s five children.
Organizers describe her as a devoted mother, hard worker, and friend who “would do anything for her children” and “help anyone in need.”…
