CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Authorities recovered the body of a missing 38-year-old man from the Cedar River Wednesday.
At approximately 6:15 p.m. Wednesday, Cedar Rapids police and fire crews responded to a report of a body several miles upstream from the Ellis boat ramp.
