Spooky sprinkles and a creepy chill Halloween night

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (Iowa’s News Now) — The forecast builds in some spooky clouds towards the later afternoon hours of Halloween. Those clouds along with strong northwesterly winds will prevent our temperatures from rising and only keep us into the lower 50s. If you have any loose Halloween decorations outside make sure to secure them properly

Those trick or treaters will have to put on some layers underneath their costume this year. It wont be as cold as previous years, but the air will still have an eerie chill, especially later on in the night.
